Privacy Policy
The short version
AnkShakti is a calculator. Every name, date of birth, phone number or house number you type is processed inside your own browser and is never sent to us or stored anywhere. Closing the tab ends it.
The site is run by Flying Star Technologies, Mumbai. Google Analytics is the only third party on the site.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no logins, no forms, no newsletter. We do not receive the names or dates you enter, we cannot see your results, and we have nothing to hand over if someone asks for them.
Analytics and cookies
The site loads Google Analytics 4 (property G-7LCZN4LSJT), which sets the cookies _ga and _ga_7LCZN4LSJT in your browser to tell repeat visits apart. They expire on their own after two years and hold a random identifier, not your name.
When a reading is revealed, we send Google Analytics an event recording which number came out, the compound total, the system used and the rating. The name, phone number or date of birth that produced it is not part of the event and never leaves your browser. Analytics also records the usual page data: page viewed, approximate region, device type and referring site. Google Ads data redaction is switched on.
To opt out, block cookies for this site in your browser, use a private window, or install Google's opt-out add-on.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's font servers receive your IP address as part of that request. The site itself is hosted on Hostinger servers, whose logs record IP addresses in the normal course of serving pages.
Sharing a reading on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a message you can edit or cancel. Nothing is sent until you send it. Saving an aura card draws the image in your browser and downloads it locally.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Because the calculators keep nothing, a request about AnkShakti will usually be answered with confirmation that we hold no data about you.
